  • They don’t seem accurate as your rate of return in part a seems weird ? You could just get the answer from the annuity table .. also you need to do a ledger account (T-account) not the same way you did it’s confusing me I can’t read it or follow it and you kept repeating the same number for each year for part b !Which you are supposed to multiply it with finance cost ???

  • You actually asked for detailed computations. It is fine, however, I will proceed to do the T accounts although ledgers do not necessarily mean T Accounts. Exactly what are you saying is supposed to be multiplied by the finance costs? And why?
