  • Hello my friend. Thank you for the work i have received it. I will be working on it and will perhaps ask you some few questions in case i need further directions. Expect quality work and on time
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 18:59 PM
  • Thank you Rich I have high expectation. If its well done I will be adding more money. Thank you again and good luck
    User_27829 | Apr 21, 2020, 19:00 PM
  • Yes my friend. Thank you for trusting me and i promise to deliver the best.
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 19:02 PM
  • But i hope most of the pages will be counted as pictures and not essay my friend as you have indicated, right?
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 19:08 PM
  • Yea yea most of it should be pictures and a line or two description for each exercise . (Like what muscles it's using or tips for technique) make sure the pictures don't include logos for copyrights. You only need need to write couple paragraphs for each health and wellness components to describe them. I recommend doing it in a word document. So in total about (125 pictures in separate pages with one or two lines and 4 pages of total essay descriptions) Let me know your thoughts any more questions ?
    User_27829 | Apr 21, 2020, 19:26 PM
  • Okay Abanob i now get you. And what school are you studying if you don mind the question? I hope this finds you well please, don't take it negatively
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 19:30 PM
  • Meanwhile, i will be working on the work so don worry about that i got it
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 19:37 PM
  • I already graduated, this is a work project. may I ask why you want to know what school I went to?
    User_27829 | Apr 21, 2020, 19:39 PM
  • Nothing my friend i was just intrested with this type of research im always a fan of gymbastics and physical exercises i was wondering which school gives gym lessons. But its okay no problem it was just on a light note
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 19:44 PM
  • Oh, I am volunteering for free actually at a gym where I shadow personal trainers and that was an assignment I have to do because of quarantine and closing of the gyms in the area.
    User_27829 | Apr 21, 2020, 19:50 PM
  • It’s very important to me. If it’s well made I will hook you up. no worries and good luck. you are the best.
    User_27829 | Apr 21, 2020, 19:51 PM
  • I get you my friend and i will be working on that. I appreciate your understanding.
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 19:53 PM
  • And before i forget, do you need references for this work friend?
    richwhite | Apr 21, 2020, 20:53 PM
  • no its okay, just make sure about copyrights and original essays. thanks
    User_27829 | Apr 21, 2020, 21:25 PM
  • Okay

    richwhite | Apr 24, 2020, 22:00 PM
  • Hello my friend. I am done with the work but i have just realized that the file is too large to be uploaded here because of the images. What do you think we can do for you to get the work now that the file is too large to be uploaded here. Would you mind sharing your mail so that i sent it to you there?
    richwhite | Apr 25, 2020, 00:33 AM
  • Hello. Please take a look at the uploaded file and see if it is good. Kindly let me know about anything concerning the work and i will be at your service. Thank you
    richwhite | Apr 25, 2020, 00:44 AM
  • Hello my friend. I just had to upload the work in parts and i have labeled them part 1 to 6 since the site would not allow uploading large files like when it was in a single document. However. just combine all the six parts the way i sent them and you will get a complete document
    richwhite | Apr 25, 2020, 01:53 AM
