b) Survey Research- This chapter explains the various ways researchers use technological innovations to conduct various studies. On an international scale, it is even more difficult to identify the technology that participants may or may not have access to. Today, social media, Google, and mobile applications like WhatsApp, are increasingly used, particularly in the global south. Imagine that you wanted to survey Syrian and Rohingya refugees, but your only method of communication is WhatsApp. Suppose you are researching their attitudes towards security in their refugee camps. List five questions that you would ask them based on the aforementioned goal. Remember, you need the information for your research while being mindful of their circumstances, Wi-Fi access, mobile service, etc. What kind of questions would be best (open-ended, close-ended, etc.)? You may also list ethical considerations and other factors that you believe will aid in your successful data collection (i.e.: language, time, etc.). Be realistic. answer using file 2 150 words max.
