This final exam paper is titled Your Spiritual Intelligence as a Future Leader in the Workplace. You are to first take the self- assessment test on pages 467 and 468 of your text. After you have completed the test, carefully follow the instructions to arrive at your connection to self (column A), connection to others (Column B) and your connection to the transcendent. Pages 468-471 can assist you in a better understanding of each one of these connections. If you have never worked before, then correlate the three connections as they relate to your family/community life/experiences. No plagiarism, must include plagiarism report. See attached file for assessment results. The essay should be from a first person point of view.

Develop a 900 words (minimum) essay on how each one of your three scores could assist you as a future leader in impacting organizational performance and employee satisfaction. If any of your scores are low, suggest how you might improve them. Research at least 3 scholarly articles (google scholarly articles on spiritual intelligence) and infuse some of the thoughts gained in the articles, into your essay. Do not copy from the articles but reword into your own thoughts and site the articles (references) at the end of your essay. Paper should be divided into your Connection to Self (your values, beliefs and self-development), Connection to Others (understanding others and meaningful relationships) and Connection to the Transcendent (sense of a greater purpose in life, your concern for justice and respect). Your grade will be established based on how well you have followed the above directions, your creativity and individual thoughts, and careful proofreading (no grammar or spelling errors, correct sentence structure).
