There are a number of performance evaluation methodologies available for use by organizations. For this assignment we are going to use the Behavioral Anchored Rating Scale (BARS). The BARS example link in the assignment section of the course content includes a sample template for a BARS evaluation. Two are required for a complete evaluation, one (1) for general job requirements applying to every employee and one (2) that has job dimensions specific to the particular job you have chosen. Select a job description position within your current or another healthcare organization that is in a different area and department from which you work and attach this job description as an appendix. Based upon the chosen job description for this position, using the template, submit your BARS charts.
