This 52-year-old female who presents to the clinic with complaints of dizziness. She statest that these symptoms started three weeks ago. She does not report any pain. However, this dizziness occurs when she gets out of bed or when she stands up too fast from sitting down. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Complete the PATHOPHYSIOLOGY section (about 1.5-2 pages). Write about the pathophysiology of Hypotension 2. Next, complete the PLAN section- this should be about 1 page or less and should include 3 differential diagnosis: Write about Anemia, Hypoglycemia, Dehydration. Next, complete the diagnostic section- this should be about 1 page or less and should include the diagnostic tests that are used to diagnose Hypotension 4. Next, complete the medical management sections- this should be about 1 page or less and should include management of Hypotension 5. Next, complete the prognosis section- this should be about 0.5 page 6. Next, complete the follow up/referral section- this should be about 0.5 page 7. Next complete the patient education section- this should be about 0.5 page 8. please include all references and cite APA. PLEASE SEE THE SAMPLE!
