Identify your memo with your name (as registered), Student ID, section, and the case in the FROM section, so does that mean I change what you wrote from the FROM to my name and student number, section and the case?

  • so, the i got feedback from my prof finally, this is what he said: "well done. To improve clarity throughout the memo, a consistent point of view and consistent explanation of ideas is needed. For example, in the introduction you state the investment will increase customer satisfaction, then in the assumptions, you state customer satisfaction will remain where it is. Also, calculations can remain in the exhibit section to save space in the memo section."
