The main focus of this paper should revolve around The Sit In Movement of the 1960s, specifically the Greensboro Sit Ins followed by the movement of Sit ins that quickly spread through the country. Another strong point to include would be the groups involved in the moment (SNCC, CORE) and the groups opposed as well as tactics used. Please include Freedom Riders as well. I would like the thesis to be composed to exemplify a better understanding of Youth involvement in the Civil Rights Movement and the impact of the Sit Ins in the South on the effectiveness of the civil rights movement. I have attached a bibliography I started, please use each source on there.
