Write an essay discussing the information necessary to answer the following: 1) Define Ethics. 2) When, in your past, has ethics played a role in your decision-making? 3) Why is ethics an important topic for instructors and leadership? 4) Provide an example of a situation in which you have used ethics in your role as an instructor, leader, or trainer. This essay is to be about “what you believe” (no judgement) and how ethics applies to you as an instructor. The essay should reflect your own thoughts and ideas, and if outside references are utilized, cite appropriately in APA format.  APA and other essay reference writing guides are available online. This essay is a formal, five-paragraph style essay. The successful essay will follow standard essay conventions, including standard punctuation and grammar. The essay will begin with defining ethics and how this is important to you as an instructor. The supporting points will move into the body of the essay for further development.  The conclusion of the essay will review (not repeat) the thesis and the supporting points.  Each essay should consist of between 1 to 2 pages, “three to five paragraphs” of original work using MS Word in Times New Roman, 12 font; do not exceed three pages. It should be double-spaced, with 1 inch margins. Do not use headings, subheadings, numbers or bullets. Include a cover page with the below information:
