Please respond to the following: Create a list of your enrollment and staffing patterns. Be sure to consider required ratios and assign each of your staff an hourly wage. Identify the factors you considered in setting your staff wages. Do you plan on using the NAEYC standards or your state licensing regulations? Why or why not?
