After completing the DISC and JUNG Typology assessments you will write a minimum two-page summary paper about the outcome of the two assessments. This paper should address each student's results of the DISC, then the outcome of the JUNG Typology personality assessment. In this paper make sure you address each area of the assessment and any patterns identified by the assessments as well as reflecting on behavior or leadership patterns that form across the two assessments then indicate a leadership style. The paper will include thoughts regarding the style of leadership the student presently has and the style of leadership the student aspires to achieve.
