1. Yes I agree that people are the most expensive component in the information system development. This is due to the fact that people are majorly the one who are doing most of the work starting from developing, and also entering data into the complete system. A situation whereby the people don’t work together, there will be no proper system implementation and it will be prone to errors and thus not serve the purpose it was made for. Developing and training the users takes time and as we all know time is a very important aspect and once wasted it cannot be recovered.
