I think you have a good start! Your write-up was decent. I did not understand the first sentence on page 3. I'm not sure how recidivism is ever a good thing. It should be abundantly clear where each graph/chart came from. Make sure to include the citation for each. Your reference list was not a reference list. You only included links and titled the page Works Cited. In the CJ field, we use APA (as you know). All references and in-text citations should be in APA format. While I found the information you provided in your PPT interesting, you did not include a title page, reference list slide or information as to where the graph came from. Remember, you are creating a PPT for a potential audience. The audience should be informed and interested.
