it is a report that have many instructions but we are 4 students in a group and we divided the work. each student will write two parts. Basically, we had decided to do a travel wallet and this is the describing of the product. Our product is a high security travel wallet, it is passport holder with multiple pockets fits your phone, boarding card, credit cards, tickets, coins, keys, money, documents. Etc. The value proposition is to hold all the items for the customer and secure the travel wallet. required about 2-3 pages

first part: Summarize the customer interviews conducted by the team o Explain in particular, who your interviewees were and how did you select them? o Have they understood your product concept as you have explained? Report any difficulties in conveying your original product idea. o What feedback did you receive regarding your product? o If it was relevant, how did you modify your initial product concept based on that feedback? o Individual interview sheets have to be included in the Appendix 2 o If you have used an online survey, provide a list of your questions and a summary of responses. Note: The first 5 pictures are about the interview that we did it in class but in fact we just made up our own interviews without interviews the people. Second Part:  Initial draft of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) o Explain how your startup can be profitable. Note: The last two pictures are about the business model canvas that will help you what your are going to write in this part.
