1-Your Girl Scout region has 348 troops spread throughout a three-state area. Since this is not an area of her responsibility, you ask what this is about. She says that it is a personal e-mail because the recipient is her cousin. In addition, you suspect that many will simply tell you that everything is great because they fear losing a service they might someday need.
