Drawing upon the readings for this week’s class, write a paper that addresses the following items: Select an intangible asset—such as knowledge, skill, ability, behavior, or a set of relationships held by employees—in your current (or prior) organization that has strategic importance. 1) Identify whether or not your organization currently has a process for evaluating the selected intangible asset. If yes, describe and evaluate the validity of this process. Clearly examine what is measured, how it is measured, and the time frame of this measurement. Determine the strengths and weaknesses of the approaches used by your organization. 2) If your organization does not have an existing process for evaluating the selected intangible asset, develop a viable approach for evaluation. Clearly articulate your recommendations on what should be measured, how it should be measured, and the appropriate time frame for making an ROI evaluation for this intangible asset. Organize your paper into sections using the following headers: Introduction Analysis Conclusion Each section should be written using well-developed paragraphs. Within the assignment, reference key concepts in the course, as well as course readings. Cite sources in APA style.
