To write a short business post of about 100 to 200 words. In the post, you have to do a short research on the person and what job they hold or held. This posting should be a minimum of one short paragraph and a maximum of two paragraphs. Word totals for this post should be in the 100–200-word range. Explain why with supporting evidence and concepts from the course material. Include in-text citations and associated references in a reference list.

Date Posted: 29/11/2019
Category: Business
Due Date: 29/11/2019
Instruction
In your initial post, discuss which one of the seventeen traits mentioned in the article he/she possesses and why they are able to motivate their employees/followers. Please DO NOT discuss your personal feelings pro/con regarding these individuals. You are analyzing why they are successful. Sometimes, it is interesting to research someone you do not particularly like. Provide an example (supported by research) of a time when this individual served as a motivator for others. Based on the material you studied this week, the experience of being motivated yourself, and your experience motivating others, what is it about this person that you believe made or makes them a motivator. Do they motivate YOU? Why?

Instruction Students will write a 3-5 page essay that evaluates the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) organizational effectiveness across three eras using the competing value approach. The historical periods of interest are symbolized by the following disasters: the Great Flood of 1993, Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and Hurricane Harvey in 2017. FEMA's effectiveness is to be evaluated during each era using the competing value model, which has four components. The findings for each benchmark event are to be evaluated individually and then comprehensively for the overall time period specified. Lessons learned are to be noted. The essay is to be written in APA format with proper attribution for all sources. The essay is to be the student's original work. The essay is worth 100 points and is to be graded using a rubric
