Board of Education-The civil rights movement had started, and in 1954 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the landmark case Brown v. Nation at Risk-The U.S. National Commission on Excellence in Education published A Nation at Risk in 1983. The report discussed quantitative performance measurements in the public schools. School reform focused on testing began. (Webb et al., 2010). 4.The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act-In 2009, President Obama signed a bill providing money for U.S. public schools. A portion of the funds is designated for school building repair and hiring personnel. Research is supportive of the rationale presented. Sources are distinctive.   • Hello, I just check this morning but I am off to work. I am unable to use this as it has over 1600 words and my limit was 1,000. I am already 3 days late which is 30% off my grade so I can not get deducted all those points for over word issue. Don't worry about it and I will try and work on it today.
