  • You went silent and I dont know why. I have uploaded all the 5 hazard filled sheets and the overall one. The work is perfectly well and am sure u will score not less than A. However, as I had told you ealier. It's fair if you adjust the proce to 30. Initially u told me they were two forms to be filled and that's why I accepted an offer of 15 dollars but as u can see, ended up doing 6 sheets.
