  • More then 24 hours around 30 hours!
    User_11251 | Mar 08, 2018, 01:04 AM
  • Also, I need to make sure you understand the instructions if you look to the file there is a rubric sheet which is called Grading Criteria, and each point in this have to be include in the script! And their is on point called SPIN questions do you know what that`s mean because this worth most of the marks!

    User_11251 | Mar 08, 2018, 03:04 AM
  • I upload a new file which is the same project but this is the part two of the project! And you find most of the details in this part but one thing not included which is I will be sell the product to BestBuy
    User_11251 | Mar 08, 2018, 03:08 AM
  • Got it. Thank you
    User_4173 | Mar 08, 2018, 05:04 AM

  • But I will be through in less than 3 hours. Is that okay?
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 03:39 AM
  • Ok, no worries. still time more then 4 hours.
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 03:49 AM
  • Great. Let me finish
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 03:50 AM
  • Yes fine!
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 03:51 AM
  • How long?
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 07:03 AM
  • I uploaded few minutes ago. Have you seen it?
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 07:14 AM
  • First thing, The product selling to not person it`s will be selling to BestBuy company. Second thing, I don`t see you use the SPIN questions which is the heart of this script, and most of the marks come from it.
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 07:50 AM
  • This are the SPIN questions: Situation Questions deal with the facts about the buyers existing situation. Problem Questions ask about the buyer's pain and focus the buyer on this pain while clarifying the problem, before asking implication questions. . These give Implied Needs. Implication Questions discuss the effects of the problem, before talking about solutions, and develop the seriousness of the problem to increase the buyer's motivation to change. Need-Payoff Questions get the buyer to tell you about their Explicit Needs and the benefits your solutions offers, rather than forcing you to explain the benefits to the buyer. Getting the buyer to state the benefits has greater impact while sounding a lot less pushy. What these questions do is probe for explicit needs.
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 07:50 AM
  • I used them following the sample. Give me a few minutes I highlight
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 07:54 AM
  • Ok, but it`s look like general conversion not for a professional seals which is called role play if you just do a quick search on YouTube you will know what I mean.
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:19 AM
  • But I followed the sample you provided
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:21 AM
  • Not just the sample! it have to be follow the rubric sheet which is how this assignment will be graded! also, the most important thing the SPIN question not been included in this paper!
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:35 AM
  • step 4 - SPIN. Develop a SPIN dialogue and include the buyer’s likely responses to your questions. Write out 3 situation questions, 3 problem questions, 3 implication questions and a final need-pay-off question. It have to be same this one! 3 situation questions, 3 problem questions, 3 implication questions and a final need-pay off
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:36 AM
  • I followed all that. Did you read the entire paper. Though I am making any necessary changes. Give me a few more minutes.
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:37 AM
  • OF course I read all the paper! And the entrie its called the rapport and transition, and thats included but all my concern about the SPIN thats all!
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:41 AM
  • Just a clarification, should I indicate BestBuy Company in the script and delete the "buyer"?
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 08:54 AM
  • NO, look fine! Have to buyer!
    User_11251 | Mar 09, 2018, 09:09 AM
  • Okay. Check the new file I have updated. Let me know what you think so I an delete the red part. I have highlighted the SPIN part
    User_4173 | Mar 09, 2018, 09:15 AM
  • Hi there, yes now make more sence but I spoke with instructor today, and only one thing is missing in the script which is the Transitions “ He said you start the talking about your product too fast” so it have to be after the second line when intrdouce my name there should something to say before asking if there a time to intrdouce the product
    User_11251 | Mar 10, 2018, 00:21 AM
  • Basically, if you talked about look like the stor today busy! Or something like that
    User_11251 | Mar 10, 2018, 00:22 AM
  • Can you fixed that in hour?
    User_11251 | Mar 10, 2018, 00:22 AM
