Create a project proposal. Your client wants to utilize technology as a great ‘equalizer’ that will enable them to compete with large law firms in Indianapolis. The client’s practice concentrates on litigation, but they anticipate serving the business community with general types of legal matters.

Instruction
I have attached a file that includes all the details for this assignment (Final Project Instructions). I have also included two samples of excellent final project examples from past semesters in this class. The proposal should be 7-10 pages max (including a spreadsheet.) It is worth 25% of your grade so you should spend some time thinking about it and producing it. Pretend that you are a consultant and will get paid for this work. You should include common things as well as items your customer might not have thought about. Don't be as concerned about cost as productivity and data safety & security. If your imaginary 'client' pushes back on price you can always trim back the budget - but the important thing is that you articulate your standards regardless of whether your customer chooses to spend the money. Be sure to include a budget spreadsheet!

  • Hello. Looks good so far, however: The table of contents should be more in depth. Every question that listed in the file I uploaded (pdf 3) needs to be included in the table of contents and should answered and addressed in detail (like shown in the file "excellent #2" I provided). "The scope of the consulting assignment is as follow" section needs to be revised. It shouldn't be identical to the example provided. Please replace the image of the info for the hardware with something that looks more professional, like in the examples. #3 should be way more in depth like the examples. #3 should include I - VII or something very similar to the example because this means all questions are address and answered. The budget needs to be more in depth and explained better.

  • The software quote spreadsheet lists Indianapolis as the country usage, which Indianapolis isn't a country. The spreadsheet needs to include " $ ". There should be more items listed, like I mentioned before, the budget should be more in depth so the predicted budget can be more accurate. Assuming you created the spreadsheet in excel, I would like you to please upload the excel document so I can edit the spreadsheet as needed later.

  • In the document you just uploaded the hardware recommended is an HP laptop, but you just copied and pasted the specifics for Lenovo laptop from the example proposal I provided to you. The line 10 thinkpad t470s part # skylake is only found in a Lenovo, not a HP. These are the kind of details that are IMPERATIVE to get correct. All the information you put into the proposal needs to be accurate. If you need more time in order to complete this proposal accurately and exceptionally, just ask for more time. I would rather turn the project in late than turn in a “stinker” one.

  • Refer to the formatting in the link above. The example shows how they include the question and then answer it. Make sure all information in the document you are creating is unique and not just changing the wording around a little from the example proposal.

  • I appreciate all the time and work you have put into this so far. However, like I stated before this proposal needs to be excellent. It is worth 25% of my grade and the instructors are very tough graders. The document needs to clearly state what questions are being answered, like in the example I have provided you. I am willing to add a large bonus once ALL my specifications are met. I am willing to pay more money but only if the work proves itself worth of it.
