INTRODUCTION TO ASIAN AMERICAN HISTORY. I need a helper who can help me do ALL my writing assignments and essays for this class. I will attach the instructions for the writing assignment first since the due dates are on 23 October. Please finish this short writing assignment before 22 October Pacific Time. For the short writing assignment: I want you to explain in the first and second paragraphs what is meant by the international context of Asian migration to Hawai and the continental of the United States in 1850-1924, like what is the concept. For the third paragraph, I want you to cite the source from the reading coursepack to support your first and second paragraph ideas. Please read the instructions! I think you can find the information related to this topic on the coursepack reading page 61-64 ( Ronald Takiki: Native and Asian Labor in the Colonialization of Hawai ). I will also attach the reading coursepack, the class powerpoints' materials, and the syllabus (so you know until what page do you need to read in the reading coursepack), which are the ONLY sources you can use to provide the paper's information when I have assigned you as my helper. For the essay assignment, I will provide you the instructions within two days. I will be more satisfied if you put all the citations in every sentence in paragraph 3 where you get that information, so my professor will know that each sentence's information is based on the books, that you give the specific page where you get the information from.

What you should do is in every paragraph you need to make a thesis that explains and analyzes the role family in the sugar plantation system in Hawaii as reflected in the experiences of the protagonist Kiyoshi. In your work, you only tell a story and not give a clear thesis. So in one paragraph, you need to give thesis in the first sentence, then tell what is the reason of your thesis. Then, you finalize the paragraph with the evidence that supports your thesis ( please see making persuasive arguments ). In this essay, you should use minimum 3 sources as your evidence ( one must be Maruyama ). You only used 2: Chan and Maruyama. "Your thesis must consist of an argument with a clear thesis statement, supported by your own reason, and backed by evidence drawn from the reading, lectures, and the course".
