each student will be assigned to a team on the first day of class. Each team will contain between 6-8 students. Each team will be assigned a case from a certain week of class. It is the goal of each team to read, analyze and synthesize their assigned case. The team must put together an interactive PowerPoint presentation and a case brief. The PowerPoint must include slide narration. You can choose one person to narrate the entire presentation or multiple people can narrate the presentation. There is a Forum set up for each case group to help you connect. There is no length requirement for either one of these assignments. See the Case Review Tab for additional information on how you should structure your case brief.

  • Hello. I know this assignment is completed but it’s one thing my group and I noticed that the way “issues” was written the issues was more stating the rule of law and not the issue of the law. For example, the issue is not res ipsa loquitur, but rather whether res ipsa loquitur is applicable. Please let me know if you edit the issues part on the paper and power point. Thank you.
