The assignment needs to clearly define Regional Integration and Development, connect the development issue to an SDG, discuss at least two assigned resources with different arguments, analyse the current situation, identify stakeholders and existing responses, and explain how/why regional integration could address the problem. The readings are a lot, but please do not use all of them. Read through the instructions first and select only the readings that are relevant to the specific issue and argument. The rubric specifically requires engagement with at least two resources and comparison of their arguments. After completing the analysis, please also prepare the short script of no more than 1,500 words that will be submitted as part of the Policy Brief. The script should include the title/thesis, problem and geographic scope, regional mechanism, 3–5 key evidence points, references, and anything else required by the instructions. A few important things: * Please ask me if anything in the assignment instructions, question, or readings is unclear before proceeding. * Please follow the rubric closely, since this is what the lecturer will use to assess the presentation. * I need the work to sound natural and like a postgraduate student, not overly complicated or robotic. * Do not fabricate information or references. Use the assigned readings/resources and clearly support the arguments with evidence. * I will need to submit the work through Turnitin, so please make sure all sources are properly referenced and that any use of AI/tools is handled according to the assignment requirements. The assignment specifically includes an AI/tools disclosure in the script requirements. * Most importantly, please do not start writing until you have reviewed the instructions, rubric, and readings carefully.
